Bio

I'm a small town kid (high school graduation class of 13) coming from a small family farm and going to school in the "Big City." A family neighbor who is an AGR Alum suggested I consider joining AGR and it's by far the best decision I've made in my college life. Moving into the house there's instantly 70 guys who share a common ag background. It's a place of mutual respect between everybody, and you don't have to be best friends with everybody, but you'll definately meet some of your best friends here.

As much as Alpha Gamma Rho has given me, I have tried to return the favor. I have held Non-Executive offices include Kitchen Chief and Assistant Finance, and an Executive Office as VNR-Finance. I have attended every Pink Rose since joining the house in 2006, and I have used my background in the sign business to make a banner for house events and also the rock sign in the yard along Holdrege Street (See Attached Pictures).

I really enjoy sports and art, but I am by far most loyal to my roots in Agriculture. I chose my major (Ag. Engineering) because I started building and designing farm equipment with K'Nex when I was about 8 and I've loved doing it ever since. I hope to find a career with an ag machinery manufacturing company that will allow me the freedom to work hands on (no cubicles please) and improve the agriculture industry.

If you would really like to know me, listen to the song "Small Town Kid" by Eli Young Band, that pretty much sums it up.
