Alpha Gamma Rho was born at Ohio State University in 1904. The pillars upon which the fraternity was founded appealed to many young men, and the chapters began to form across the nation. On February 9, 1917, a petition was granted to the roll call of Alpha Gamma Rho.
Over 50,000 young men have found Alpha Gamma Rho to be the most rewarding experience of their college years, important in preparation for careers in agriculture and an inspiration in molding meritorious lives.
